The DreamBox is produced in our USA factories located in Fredonia, Arizona and St. George Utah. Watch the video below to see the process!

Our furniture is crafted in Fredonia, Arizona, using CARB (California Air Resource Board) approved 3/4" melamine-finished particle board to ensure durability against warping and size alterations. This precision is crucial for the tight fit required by our shelves' main structure, ensuring stability despite humidity or weather changes—similar to modern kitchen cabinets. Plus, cleaning is a breeze: simply wipe with Windex and a soft cloth to remove dirt and fingerprints.

These furniture products include a 1-year manufacturer warranty: DreamBox 1, DreamBox 2, Side Tables, Sew Station (excluding lifter), DreamCart (if purchased after September 2018), and Cubby. All of our furniture products come flat-packed and will need to be assembled. They are shipped by Old Dominion Freight Line in an 18-wheeler semi-truck (for delivery concerns please reach out to our customer service team for assistance). Our shipping and delivery charges only cover CURBSIDE delivery, unless you have paid for the In-Garage Delivery Upgrade. You may be contacted if the price changes, you have additional charges, or receive money back. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, if you live abroad and can arrange your own insured international freight shipping, we will gladly work with you.

If your boxes arrived damaged from the freight carrier, please make a note of this damage with the driver. Also take as many pictures as you can and e-mail them to customerservice@createroom.com immediately with the subject line: DAMAGES and a description of the damaged boxes or pieces. We work very hard in our warehouse to avoid damages by doing a double check of our inventory before it leaves our warehouse, building custom pallets, and offering a *1-year manufacturer warranty on all of our products.

Your shipping costs are determined by where you are located, and what you have ordered, and can vary anywhere from $200-$600+. We offer free or discounted shipping in the contiguous USA. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
