Our DreamBox Pre-Assembly Service is here, designed to make setting up your DreamBox even easier! Read on for everything you need to know about it and what to expect for delivery once you place your order.
What does DreamBox Pre-Assembly mean?
When you select the DreamBox Pre-Assembly option at checkout, that means we'll build the 5-6 main pieces of it in our warehouse and deliver it to you curbside in a large crate (pictured above). Inside your DreamBox crate you'll find 5 or 6 pre-assembled pieces:
- Center Box
- 2 Side Boxes
- 2 Swing Doors
- Deluxe Crown Light
Shipping the pieces separately ensures a safe delivery and happy customers!
Unboxing your Pre-Assembled DreamBox
Next, you’ll need two people to unbox and move the pieces inside, connect the hinges, add the dividers to your Side Boxes (so you can customize them where you like), assemble your Deluxe Crown (if purchased), add your totes and tracks, and move in! The Pre-Assembly option will cut your build time down from 5-10 hours, to just 1-3.
Please note: You may have the option to upgrade to "In-Garage Delivery" at checkout. These are great options if you won't have someone available to help bring everything inside on the day of your delivery. I just ordered the DreamBox, what should I expect for delivery?
Once your Box is on its way, we will send a tracking number to your email. As it arrives at your local delivery hub, they will contact you to schedule a time for curbside delivery. Usually, the delivery will take place within 2-3 business days.
The package is approximately 79.25"L x 46" W x 41" H. in size.
On the day of your delivery, the Pre-Assembled DreamBox will be placed on your driveway in a box. We highly recommend that you have a friend or a family member with you to help unbox it and bring your order inside. With an extra pair of hands, you’ll be able to get your DreamBox up and ready in no time!
As you unpack the crate, you will find five separate pieces of your DreamBox pre-assembled and ready to be connected together. Since your order is pre-built, you won’t have to worry about assembling the frame of the DreamBox yourself.
