DIY DreamBox Tote Covers!

DIY DreamBox Tote Covers!

Curious about how people are adding colorful tote covers to their DreamBox? While many creators love keeping their InView Totes clear for easy visibility (and we totally get it), others enjoy decorating them to match their crafting space or add a personal touch.

Want to give it a try? You're in luck! These covers are completely removable, so you can switch things up anytime. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to create custom tote covers that showcase your unique crafting style.

We know why you came here: you want the tote cover file. Want to skip past the steps? Download the files here: small tote, medium tote, and large tote.

Materials you will need:

  • Cardstock or Vinyl: Choose your favorite colors and/or patterns.

  • Cutting Machine: Cricut, Siser, or Silhouette machines will make this project go by quickly. You can also cut by hand.

  • Optional: Laminator: If using thinner materials, we recommend laminating to give your tote covers more durability.

  • Optional: Glue dots, helpful for securing tote covers

  • SVG File: Don’t worry– we provided it for you! small tote, medium tote, and large tote.

Step 1: Gather your materials

We recommend 60 - 130lb cardstock because it is more durable. If you use a thinner, more decorative piece of paper, you can glue it to a piece of cardstock to keep it more stable.

Step 3:  Add your NEW Paper Covers to your Totes!

When you're ready to add your tote covers, we recommend placing them along the inside edge of your tote. You can use options like glue dots, double-sided tape, or restickable glue to adhere the covers to your totes.

You did it! Feel that big sigh of relief that your DreamBox is finally how you imagined it! We are so happy for you. Dream big, and remember that every day is a new day to create something amazing.
